JOKE

This app and service is an absolute joke. Now Im gonna take it back to Verizon so they can charge me $35 to restock their garbage product that didnt work. Dont buy Hum and dont get involved in this. In less than one week Ive had more problems that I can imagine and the 24 hour customer service is a lie! Hum is the lazy guy sitting in the backyard thinking up ideas who never actually makes them. What a great concept, what terrible execution. So frustrated that I have to take it back and lose my $35 because it was in the contract. Well, where in the contract does it say that they were going to charge me for a faulty and useless piece of junk? If I can do one good thing today its warning you to not buy Hum.
