Disappointed
Ive had hum for about a week. It has worked a total of 15m during this week. Ive talked with their customer service to try to resolve my issues and tech support. Their devices only recognize certain/base models of vehicles. Mine is a GT so the device/app automatically kicks me off saying "VIN mismatch". Ive called and verified everything matches but I cant even use the services due to this glitch. Whoever I talked to in tech support said they would call me back same day with an answer and its been 3 days. The app is easy to use and slow but the fact that the devices dont connect irritates me, especially since Im paying for this service.
